Slowness
The Tao Te Ching asks: “Who can remain still until the moment of action arises, and then move gently into life?”
In life, slow is fast, and gentle is urgent. As the saying goes: Haste makes waste. The more impatiently we rush, the harder it becomes to reach our goals. Gradual progress brings great reward; reckless haste invites loss.
Life is not a sprint but a marathon. No one wins by jumping the gun. Only steady steps lead to the summit.
Slow down. Let your body and mind find peace. Savor the small moments—and you’ll see the world grow brighter, one gentle step at a time.
