Zhuge Liang, known as Kongming, lived by the principle: “I will work to the utmost of my ability, until my last breath.” He helped Liu Bei establish the Shu Han kingdom and later faithfully served his successor, Liu Shan. Though holding immense power, he remained humble, diligent, and unwavering in his duties.
He understood the importance of alliance with Wu against Wei. Before each northern expedition, he submitted memorials filled with sincere advice and loyalty. Even when others doubted, he held firm—not for glory, but for the cause he believed in.
In life, we may not all achieve greatness. Yet if we devote ourselves fully to our responsibilities and stay true to our principles, we will have lived a meaningful life. True dedication is not about results, but about giving our best, day by day, without regret.
Let us carry this spirit into our everyday lives—faithful, focused, and tireless.
