In the late Qin Dynasty, Han Xin served under Xiang Yu but was never given due recognition. Disheartened, he left silently, only to be pursued and brought back by Xiao He, who recognized his rare talent. Eventually, Han Xin became a great general.
He did not let rejection define him, nor did success make him reckless. At the Battle of Gaixia, he surrounded Xiang Yu with careful strategy, step by step, and ultimately prevailed.
Han Xin’s story reminds us: true wisdom lies not in rushing forward, but in knowing when to wait, when to act, and how to grow in silence. Your worth does not depend on others’ approval. Your moment will come when you are ready. Like still waters running deep, patience and preparation lead to lasting victory.
